BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors about the Amendment of the Universal Registration Document published on 04.05.2022 on the BSE website and on its own website dedicated to investors relations, as well as submitted to the FSA for maintaining the status of a frequent issuer of financial instruments. The universal registration document was modified considering that, from the date of its initial publication until now, several reporting periods of interim financial results have passed and considering that the Issuer intends to use this Document in a future capital increase through new cash contributions decided by the Board of Directors on 16.09.2022.
