BITTNET SYSTEMS SA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the investors about the
meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company from 12.02.2020 and the election of the Board
component as follows:

Ivylon Management through legal representative, Logofatu Mihai Alexandru Constantin – President of the Board
Mr. Anghel Lucian Claudiu – Vice President of the Board
Mr. Logofatu Cristian Ion – Member of the Board

At the same meeting was approved the Regulations of the Board. The members of the Board of
Directors were elected by the shareholders of the Company in the OGMS from 29.01.202 0.
