BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the Market about the issuance by FSA of the CIIF certificate no. 4149-18 by which the registration of the difference of shares was processed in the FSA records – according to the Decision of the Board of Directors from 06.07.2021, ratified by the EGMS Decision no. 17 of 07.09.2021 – resulting from the capital increase report according to the EGMS Decisions no. 2 and no. 3 of 27.04.2021 on the entire share capital registered at the time of Convening Notice in Trade Register. The share capital registered at the Trade Register and FSA is RON 48,043,690.40, divided into 480,436,904 BNET shares, each with a nominal value of RON 0.1. The Company follows the registration process at the Central Depository.
