The publication dates of the interim (for half year and quarterly) reports were chosen to coincide with the evening of the last working day of the week, to allow the maximum time for the information to be analyzed by the interested parties.
The date of the General Meeting of Shareholders was chosen during a working day in order to offer the possibility of the participation for as many shareholders as possible, in accordance with the Principles of Corporate Governance of BSE. As in recent years, the General Meeting of Shareholders will be live broadcast and shareholders will be able to express their vote including by electronic means.
