BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors about the repayment, at maturity, of the of corporate bonds BNET23C. According to the Memorandum for admission to trading on the SMT-Bonds market of BSE, the redemption price is 100% of the nominal value of the issue. The registration date for the identification of the bondholders for repayment of the nominal value is 16.01.2023, and the payment date is 23.01.2023. The last trading day will be 12.01.2023 so that the Issuer can carry out all the technical procedures together with the Central Depository in order to complete this operation.
Also, according to the BSE Code, BNET23C bonds will be suspended from trading starting with 13.01.2023. Separately from the reimbursement of the BNET23C issue, the transfer related to the last coupon, coupon 8, will be made to the bond holders, with the same reference and payment data.
