BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs that the Company has submitted the Universal Registration Document to Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA). The Document was published on the issuer’s website dedicated to investor relations, as well as on the BSE website at the link below.
Considering that FSA has approved, for the last two financial years, the Universal Registration Document of Bittnet (for fiscal years 2019 and 2020) by Decisions no. 867 of 15.07.2020 and no. 591 of 06.05.2021, in 2022 there was no need for prior approval from the FSA, according to Article 9, (2) of EU Reg.2017/1129.
Bittnet submitted the Document in order to maintain the frequent issuer status and to simplify and accelerate the processes of future public offers of financial instruments.
