BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the investors about the issuance of the registration certificate of the financial instruments – allocation rights BNETR09 – from FSA and the admission to trading by BSE of the allocation rights.
First trading day will be 10 March 2021 and the trading period of BNETR09 will be extended until the registration of the new capital in the records of ONRC, FSA and the Central Depository.
The conversion from BNETR09 rights into BNET shares will be done automatically through the systems of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Central Depository, so each BNETR09 right holder, on the registration date, will be allocated one BNET share for each right. The registration date (defined as the date on which the identification of BNETR09 holders that will be transformed into newly issued shares takes place) is the next working day after the Central Depository receives the certificate for the increased capital.
The Issuer will inform about the last trading day for the allocation rights through current reports published on the BSE website and on its own website dedicated to investor relations, as all legal procedures for the new share capital will be executed.
